My Story: This happened ten years ago. I used to get asthma attacks then. During that time, my best friend used to come over to my house to stay with me. We share the same bed and sleep together.
Then on one night, she went back home early so I had no one to sleep with me that night. I was having a mild asthma and couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning. Finally, I slowly drifted into sleep. All of a sudden, I remembered that my favourite pillow wasn't with me so I slowly and hesistantly opened my eyes to search for it. I tossed around for a while and was so surprised to see my best friend lying at the edge of my bed, smiling at me with her head resting on both her hands. Her eyes didn't even blink and she kept staring at me as if i wasn't there. It was then i realized that it wasn't her. My best friend had gone home long time ago. She couldn't have come here again especially at this hour. Despite of my difficulty in breathing, I managed to shout out loud but surprisingly, no one heard me. The thing then disappeared into thin air. Fortunately, my sister who was sleeping beside me woke up and asked why. I couldn't speak and continued to sob uncontrollably.
Till today, i wonder what it was and why has it come to haunt me. I hope nothing like that would ever happen again...
