My Story: I heard this story from one of my malay friends. He told me this happened while his grandmother was giving birth to her second child.

I happened in a Kamponng in JB. His grandma was expecting and was about to deliver. His grandaunty went to call the medicine lady in the kampong. Before she hurried off too call the medicine woman, she closed all the windows by covering them with wood.

After his grandaunty left, the horror began! His grandmother heard a terrifying laughter from all around the house. There was scratching on the windows and one of the windows was not closed properly. That thing came in and was about to kill his grandmother, when just in the nick of time, the medicine woman came and chased that thing away with garlic.

That thing is believed to be a pontianak thirsty for the blood!!!....
