Was really young then ( approx 6 years old). Used to sleep on a fold-up bed next to my parents. My parents had a habit of locking the bedroom door from the inside (you cannot unlock from the outside)when we are sleeping. One night, I just woke up for no reason and started looking at the door. A bright but transparent hooded figure floated up from under my parents bed and went straight to the door and unlocked it. Afterwhich the thing just floated out. I started screaming, crying and trying to wake my parents up. They were just as shock when they realised that the door was unlocked. Cannot remember what happened after that. But I can still remember what I saw.....the bright hood with no face in it. No one else in the family knew about this except my parents and I.
Many years later, when I was about 15, my family decided to renovate the house. Rooms were switched between my elder brother and my parents (I was staying in another room now). Almost all the furniture was disposed of and we were waiting for new furniture to come. Lights in the house was also changed.
In the same room (now my parent's ex-room), my brother laid on a old mattress to sleep. He was lying directly under the new room light on the second night after the renovation. According to him, he woke up that night just in time to see something flying down on him. He described the thing as white, transparent and like a big piece of cloth and that it had no face. That thing just sat on him and my brother said he had a lot of problem breathing. The thing sat on him for a while before it just disappeared.
Can you imagine how he felt when I told him what I saw many years ago. He did not sleep or go to his room during the night for the next few weeks.
Many other occurances and disturbance were felt throughout my stay in that house for the next few years. We have moved out since and the last I heard, the govt is demolishing the place. Saw some newspaper report about people complaining that the old unoccupied block of flats in Holland Drive is reported as haunted by people staying nearby......well, they were right. Will write some more of my other experience I had in that house soon.
