I was the member of Deyi military band. When i was in secondary 2, i had this encounter which i will never forget. During my exam period in 1997, my friends and i decided to stay behind in the band room. There were only 6 of us including 2 of my senior. We had a great time inside the band room when suddenly one of my senior decided to switch off the lights. We were so scared as we had heard many kind of ghost story in the band room. My senior ask we all to just keep quite and sit down. We follow her instruction.

While we were sitting, suddenly a tap sound was heard. It seems like the sound of a congo. Being the 'brave' one, i decided to look at the congo which is situated at the back of the room. I thought it was the air con droplets but to my horror there were no droplets and the congo is still heard. I went back to my seat feeling scared. Out of sudden, there were a TRUMPET sound inside the instrument room which was LOCKED!!!At that! point of time, my senior on the lights because me and my friends look very frightened!!

From that day onwards, i was scared to go to the instrument room alone.
