My Story: Ok... this is from my friend about a tree in front of a very old walk-up apartment near an army camp ... infront, there is a carpark and a tree.

Once, at abt 2am there when he was driving home after doing some visiting, in his rear mirror he saw a white headless girl under the tree. When he looked back, there was nothing there. He looked at the rear mirror again, and she was still there. So he sped off. His wife's mother lived there so when he visited her again, he asked her abt the ghost. And she told her side of the story ........
