Poem

Think First

Hurry not to judge when heavy with emotion,
A cluttered mind evolves causing more commotion.
Diligently listen, to those who have a solution,
Does their answer solve the problem,
Or just add more pollution?

Identify the problem that has you so distraught,
Take a careful look, is it as bad as you first thought?
Was the problem caused by someone,
Who usually displays devotion, but for a single moment,
Lost control of their emotion?

If we only had the vision to look into the future,
There would never be a wound, nor need for a suture.
What we have are results that determine how we feel,
Let us all be good patients and help the wound to heal.
