Our orchestra last night displayed
A pleasing change of venue;
The ushers passed out napkins with
A Price Liszt as the menu.
The Alban Burgers turned out rare,
The Cesar Franks more medium,
Then Pheasant Under Glazunoff
To help relieve the tedium.
Rackmaninoff of Lamb excelled
The Enchiladas Verdi,
With Chicken Cacchiaturian
Before Glazed Donutzetti,
Some Chocolate Mousse Orgsky with
Delicious Lully Pops,
Climaxed by Raspberry Schubert as
They pulled out all the stops.
That concert will be tough to top,
But they might do it yet
If after intermission they
Then offer Krips Suzettes.
