Ad Nausea (Senile Psychosis)

Life is like a carousel
Helter-skelter - mad - pell-mell.
Racing in circles - round and round
Leaping and dashing - no where bound.

Starting - stopping - herky-jerky;
Blurry vision - memory merky.
Grasping for the big brass ring;
Failing - missing everything.

Chaotic motions - strident voices;
One direction, without choices.
Dripping - darting - hurry-scurry;
Highs and lows - joy and worry.

Kept in place - one never passes;
Always pursued by mounted asses -
And up ahead one only finds
More myriads of equine behinds.

Speeding hither - back to yon;
Can't get off before it's done.
Start Exciting - ending boring,
Like birth and death - joy and mourning.

Riders exit - new riders enter;
A fleeting moment at stage center.
Countless cycles - mad convolutions;
Where's God's Great Plan? or evolution's?

Post Nausea
(Sage Wisdom

Ah! But......

Speed's controlled! Music's Bright!
Adults laugh! Loers delight!
Children giggle! elders wave at 'em!
God may be there.. to deep to fathom.
