that nurtures all things

encompassing our two hearts, continue to grow
and envelope us in the beauty of it all
in between the moon-glow and star-shine
that lights the night

I continually see upon your face
shines ever bright, always guiding me to your heart
in between the singing birds
and the wine that is sipped
I hope and pray our song is always playing
and the sweet taste is on our lips
in between the poems written
and the love we share
I hope and pray the words are never lost
and the love always treasured
in between the beating of two hearts
and the kiss of two lovers

a little faster with every kiss
as when our lips first met
and like lamp posts that line
